QCS Adopted By Nationwide

Nationwide has confirmed that all solicitors on their conveyancing panel will have to be accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). The decision, which will take effect from this summer is welcomed by the Law Society. Nationwide stated ‘We see CQS as best practice and a valuable indication of firms’ commitments.
