Rape cases receive new guidelines on consent

Alison Saunders, Director of Public Prosecutions, has published a toolkit for the police and prosecutors explaining the law relating to consent in rape cases. The toolkit has two sections that detail what consent is and the key issues prosecutors and investigators need to consider.
