London: 05 November 2020 – The Prime Minister has introduced regulations that placed England back into “lockdown”. These regulations have now been passed by the House of Commons. The new regulations have come into force on 1.00am on 5 November 2020.

Having considered the new regulations and the second spike of the COVID-19, MT UK Solicitors (MT UK) shall continue to work both for the existing and prospective clients. MT UK considers much better prepared but more importantly will continue to follow and implement the public health advice to reduce risk and by making its premises Covid safe together with the Smart Social Distancing. This is in line with the message from the Lord Chief Justice and Senior Presidents of Tribunals which states – “It is vital for the well-being of the country that the administration of justice continues to operate. The legal profession, the parties, jurors, witnesses, judges, magistrates and court staff are all key workers, vital to the continued running of the courts and tribunals in this proposed period of renewed significant restrictions. ‘Our experience since March has left us much better prepared. HMCTS will continue to follow and implement public health advice to reduce risk”.

Mr Majid Tramboo, Director/Principal Solicitor of MT UK remarked – “We have every confidence that in these extraordinary times, with the support of all those who contribute to the running of our firm, collectively we will run our operation effectively though many challenges ahead”.
