Court Gets DNA Test Powers 

Justice Minister, Simon Hughes, announced that as of September this year, all Family Court judges in England will be able to order DNA tests to be able to determine a child’s parentage. This follows pilot schemes in Taunton and Bristol. [Courtesy: The Law Society Gazette]
