Recruitment
Applications are welcomed for the following positions:
- CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR/CONSULTANT
- PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR/CONSULTANT
- FAMILY SOLICITOR/CONSULTANT

Ideally the Candidate who applies for this role should have at least 3 years PQE and be proficient in handling residential and commercial conveyancing. Essentially, the candidate will be able provide services to clients designed to make the process of buying or selling personal property and/or commercial property. Candidates should be able to advise on a range of complex commercial property matters in an efficient and stress-free manner for the client/s. You must have a consistent billing history, and if you have a Client following, you will be given preference. Candidates applying for this role need only to send their CV to the address below.
Ideally the Candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and be proficient in handling private family matters, including advising Clients on Trust Deeds, Pre-Marital Agreements, Divorce, Cohabitation Agreements and Disputes, Children Act matters, Civil Partnership Dissolution, Finances and Property Matters. You should be comfortable with representation at Court. You must be confident to work on your own initiative, and we encourage networking and other opportunities to get business through the door. An exciting and challenging opportunity for a full time Paralegal with 2+ years experience (preferably with experience in Immigration law and procedure) to provide support. This interesting position offers the successful candidate the chance to manage a full caseload, working closely with colleagues to deliver a consistently high level of customer service. The role also requires regular interaction and communication with clients as well as accurate and essential data maintenance.
THE CANDIDATES:
Candidates applying to be a Consultant Solicitor or Paralegal at MT UK should have the right aptitude to learn, determination and will to work. Candidates should be a minimum of LPC degree (or the equivalent) if applying to be a paralegal.
The ideal candidate will be a competent user of LEAP an Microsoft Word et al. As part of our candidate care process we aim to respond to all applications within 3 working days. If you have not been contacted within this timescale your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
Applicants for the Consultant Solicitor role are required to send their CV to the email below and it is advised to send a short covering letter and/or email explaining your relevant legal experience to the role.
Applicants for the paralegal role MUST send their CV and are ADVISED (but not required) to send a Covering Letter which should include answers to the following:
