Mrs Kadurugamuwa joined as a Consultant Solicitor. A multi jurisdictional solicitor qualified in the the UK with over 18 years experience in legal practice. She was qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007. She has been a consultant to several firms of Solicitors in England. She works at the City Office.
Buddika is an Associate in the Real Estate team and deals with a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions.
Education
She completed her LL.B at the University of Colombo and also qualified to the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. Following years of legal practice, she undertook her QLTT at BPP in 2007.
Experience
She has an extensive knowledge of Commercial and Residential Conveyancing. She has also represented high network clients and dealt with Probate matters with private clients.
Buddika acts for UK and international clients including private individuals, investors, property developers and landed estates. She focuses principally on the acquisition and disposal of prime residential property.
Personal Interests
She is the founder of “Buddika Kadurugamuwa Foundation” established in 2008. This foundation is a charity for children living in war affected areas of Sri Lanka. She is volunteering at two prominent charities in the United Kingdom.
